50% due at time of booking, balance due 60 days prior to check-in.

Advance deposit refundable if canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival date, less $35. cancelation fee. No refunds after 60 days     
All payments must be paid 60 days prior to arrival.

Refund Policy:
Refund of 100% if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
